By creating an account or using the Zaatar app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zaatar. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as needed.

4. Community Guidelines

When using Zaatar, you agree to:

• Treat others with respect and kindness.

• Provide truthful and authentic information.

• Avoid harassment, hate speech, threats, or any abusive behavior.

• Avoid sharing explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Violation of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal of your account at our discretion.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or share on Zaatar ("User Content"). By posting User Content on the Service, you grant Zaatar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.

• Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.

• Is pornographic, extremely graphic, or otherwise harmful.

• Contains spam, scams, or misleading information.

6. Safety and Interactions

Zaatar provides a platform for people to connect, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on users and are not responsible for the actions of any user on or off the platform. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.

We encourage you to:

• Use caution when sharing personal information.

• Meet in public places when meeting someone new.

• Tell a friend or family member about your plans.

• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Zaatar may be offered as paid services or subscriptions. When you make a purchase, you agree that:

• Prices and features will be clearly indicated in the app.

• Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

• We may change, add, or remove paid features at any time, with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that is harmful to Zaatar or its users.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account through the app if available or by contacting us.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Zaatar, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaatar and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or interactions with other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
