End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Zaatar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Zaatar mobile application (the "App") solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with this Agreement.

You acknowledge that you are licensing the App, not purchasing it. All rights not expressly granted to you remain the property of Zaatar.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App.

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code.

• Renting, leasing, sublicensing, or selling access to the App.

• Using the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

• Attempting to bypass any security or authentication measures.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zaatar. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Updates

Zaatar may provide updates, patches, or improvements to the App. These may install automatically. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

5. Ownership

All content, software, design, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by Zaatar. Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership rights.

6. User Content

You may upload photos, prompts, voice notes, or other content ("User Content"). By doing so, you grant Zaatar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely as needed to operate the App. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to our data practices.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as AWS, Twilio, and analytics tools. Zaatar is not responsible for the actions, policies, or reliability of any third-party service.

9. Termination

Zaatar may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement, misuse the platform, or if the App is discontinued. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your device.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zaatar makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding uninterrupted use, accuracy of content, or compatibility with your device.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaatar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, reputation, or unauthorized access caused by your actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zaatar harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the App or violation of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Michigan. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to This Agreement

Zaatar may update this Agreement at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Agreement.
